Registration Information
As with last year, you can skip the lines at the registration tent, by completing the Online Registration. All participants must be registered for this event, and complete a Waiver if they are bringing minor children. Unit commanders, please encourage your unit members to individually register prior to the event.
All participants must register or (if preregistered) sign in at the Registration Tent located at the British Encampment in Francis Field. On Site Registration & Sign In will be open 3pm-6pm on Friday, December 2nd ONLY.

Limited copies of the Schedule will be available at Registration. The new VIC Parking Garage is open. If you have any questions about the event or logistical concerns, The Committee is happy to answer your questions bnw@aug.com or through the Contact Us page.
Commemorative Coins will be distributed to registered participants only, so please register early. There are a limited number of coins, which will be distributed on a first-come first-served basis. Only 350 commemorative coins will be distributed.
For the Registered Military participants & the unit's registered Distaff,
coins will be distributed at Pay Call, held Saturday Afternoon on the Parade
Ground at the British Encampment at Francis Field.
FRIDAY 3:30 PM All participants, (men, women, children, animals, etc) form in Camp. Redcoat Soldiers need musket, cartridge box, and bayonet. Civilians do not need to carry any gear. From here, you will be guided to your proper areas.
FRIDAY 4:00 p.m. The scenario "Traitors to the Crown"
